• Laryngoscope and blades
• Endotracheal tube and stylet
• LMA for emergency airway
• Suction tubing, suction turned on
• Anesthesia machine on and checked
• Oral airways and tongue blades
• Tape for eyes and ET tube
• Monitor cables ready
• EKG leads ready and in place
• Propofol and lidocaine ready
• Succinylcholine
• Ephedrine
• Neosynephrine
• Atropine
• Pitocin
• Drugs for emergent LEC dosing
– Lidocaine 2% — 20 ml
– Epinephrine 0.1 ml of 1:1000
– NaHCO3 1 ml in 20 ml
