Cure for Coughing
Researchers at the Canada Research Council have discovered a cure for coughing that works 100% of the time, but they aren’t sure why it
works.
To stop nighttime coughing in a child or an adult, apply Vicks VapoRub generously on the bottom of the feet at bedtime, then cover the feet with socks. Even heavy persistent coughing will stop in about 5 minutes and will be relieved for many hours.
This remedy works 100% of the time and is even more effective than very strong prescription cough medicines. In addition, it is extremely soothing and comforting and will enable children to sleep soundly.
The head of the Canada Research Council described these findings on the part of their scientists when they were investigating the
effectiveness and usage of prescription cough medicines in children as compared to alternative therapies.
One woman reported that she had a very deep constant cough and the Vicks remedy worked wonderfully for her. She said that it felt like a warm blanket had enveloped her. Her coughing stopped in a few minutes and she slept cough-free for hours that night and every night from that point on.
