Baboons ( ** )

Baboons

Our language has many interesting anthropomorphic terms to
describe groups of animals.  We are all
familiar with a “herd” of cows, a “pack” of wolves, and a “flock” of
sheep.  Perhaps not quite so commonly
known are the terms “pride” of lions and “gaggle” of geese.

What about baboons?
Baboons are the least intelligent of all primates, and they are
confrontational, combative, aggressive, and very territorial.  Are you familiar with the term that describes
a group of baboons?  How appropriate that
the term is a “CONGRESS” of baboons.  No
further comment seems necessary.
