Elder Brown’s 2nd-great-grandfather, Nathan Tanner, was also the great-grandfather of Nathan Eldon Tanner. Thus, Elder Brown and President Tanner were 2nd cousins once removed.
    • Brown, Hugh B. — Hugh B. Brown married Brigham Young’s grand-daughter, Zina Card. Zina’s mother was Zina Young Card, daughter of Brigham Young.

Eyring and they were the parents of Henry Eyring, who is the father of Henry B. Eyring.
    • Faust, James E. — Elder James E. Faust is a great-great-grandson of Amasa M. Lyman and a 3rd great-grandson of Edward Partridge. Amasa M. Lyman was married to Edward Partridge’s daughter, Caroline Ely Partridge.
    • Gong, Gerritt W. —  Elder Gong’s wife, Susan Lindsay Gong, is the daughter of Elder Richard P. Lindsay of the Quorum of the Seventy.

Wirthlin’s father served as the Presiding Bishop from 1952-1961.  Joseph B. Wirthlin would later serve as a Bishop and then a counselor to Russell M. Nelson in the Salt Lake City Bonneville Stake Presidency

Callister, a former member of the Quorum of the Seventy, is Elder Tad R. Callister’s older brother.
