Two sacred experiences in the families of my Uncle Hal — 1987
Two very sacred and special experiences occurred in Uncle Hal’s family in 1987. I wrote to Uncle Hal and asked him if he would share with me in his own words a brief account of these experiences wherein my grandfather, Leo S. Taylor, who died in 1978, was seen in church congregations. Following are the words taken directly from Uncle Hal’s personal history:
“Our welcome home church service was held in the Springville 12th Ward on July 12, 1987. We were amazed at the large number of people who attended other than our own ward members. Bishop James Rawle, a very spiritual man, who conducted the service told our daughter, Patricia, that he saw her grandfather, who died December 18, 1978, in the congregation. The Bishop also told her that he saw my father, Leo S. Taylor, at the fast meeting at the time her baby, Jason, was blessed.”
